About the Author:

Shemsi Prinzivalli is the founder and director of the Center for Psychotherapy with offices and classes in Ramsey, NJ, Manhattan, and Chicago. She is a naturopathic physician, a transpersonal psychologist and a conflict resolution specialist. Traditionally trained in clinical psychology, she is also a Kabbalistic Healer, and Certified Addictions Counselor, a Certified Eating Disorders Therapist and a Certified Hypnotherapist.

In addition, she has been trained extensively in the Sufi and Kabbalistic traditions in both Jerusalem, Israel and the United States.

Using an eclectic approach to living an awakened life, Shemsi Prinzivalli weaves the best of the ancient traditions with cutting edge skills for healing the unconscious mind.

She is also involved in several projects related to interfaith dialogue among the Abrahamic traditions of the Middle East and is the New York coordinator for the Interfaith Encounter Association.

Her life and work is dedicated to bringing forward the original teachings of the sages, making them culturally relevant and grounded in the modern world, weaving them with psychospiritual development, and restoring the Divine Feminine into the psyche of humanity. She now divides her time between private practice; workshop facilitation in Voice Dialogue/ShadowWork and Kabbalistic Psychology/Healing; and interfaith work in New York and Jerusalem.
